One URL per line. A missing scheme is fine — anything without http is treated as https before the parameters are attached.
Set the shared tags
Source, medium and campaign apply to every line. Cometly lowercases source and medium for you, because GA4 treats Email and email as two channels.
Copy or export
Copy the whole block into your ad platform, or download a CSV that keeps the original URL next to its tagged version for review.
Questions about bulk tagging
There is no server-side limit because Cometly does the work in your browser. A few hundred lines run instantly; the practical ceiling is how much text your browser is happy to hold in a textarea.
It is kept in position and marked as an invalid line rather than silently dropped, so the output list always lines up with the input list and nothing goes missing in the CSV.
Existing parameters are preserved. A UTM parameter you supply overwrites the matching one on the URL, and everything else in the query string is left exactly as it was.
